| Review of Lauren Sands:
Yoga is an ancient exercise/relaxation form. I'm not sure who created it, and I don't have access to the net right now to give you the pearls of wisdom I may sometimes give you in a porn review introduction. But I can say, proponents of yoga will definately not like the name of one of the sets on the website of Lauren Sands. That is because in this set, Lauren performs anal yoga. I have no idea what anal yoga is, but hey, it sounds really cool and therfore warrants a big discussion here!
Lauren Sands is a single model website with a focus on one model, Lauren Sands. Lauren has a dirty blonde/brownish and is a very attractive girl with a pretty nice body. Her single model site is pretty interactive for a single model site, as you can email her and ask for certain things. She will actually read and respond to the letter, not some webmaster or dirty dude sitting in a room in his parents house. On top of that, Lauren has a journal which she updates daily to get you a little closer to her. So overall, there are some nice features to this single model site.
When you first sign onto Lauren Sands, you will see lots and lots of little thumbnails. They are all over the place. There are thumbnails for the videos and thumbnails for the pictures. There are thumbnails all over the place! I'm not sure if I really like this setup. With thumbs all over the place, the site looks messy. The small thumbnails aren't helpful at all, and it just makes the site look older and weak. It's nice to have lots of content before your eyes, but not in this manner. I'd suggest a nice overhaul of this. On the bright side, there is an awesome topbar throughout most of the site that really looks good and was designed well. It has three different, awesome pictures of Lauren that look really good and set the stage for a nice site!
I would say that the focus of Lauren Sands would lay squarely in the middle. We will talk about the pictures section first, however. When you reach the pictures section, you are given pages with four smaller thumbnails and one smaller one to preview the set. This is a very reality-esque setup, and more previews than you normally get for a picture set. It may not be necessary, but it works out nicely and in the end you have a very solid picture design setup.
The pictures here are 600x800 pixels. When you see them, they look pretty good. Some of them have a little grain to them, which is something you wouldn't expect from a single model site. The grain makes them look more aged than anything. This shouldn't detract too much from your overall enjoyment of the site. There are tons of pictures for you to enjoy, so sit back and do just that: enjoy!
Lauren also has a pretty extensive video section. One of the biggest turnoffs, for me at least, is that the videos are only in Quicktime and they are also heavily segmented. If this was a video site I'd be castrating them right now. As a single model site, I'd just say that these videos can be ten times better if given a little facelift and uplift to WMV. As it is, the video themselves aren't bad. I don't like Quicktime because it's hard to full screen the videos. So all I really did was double size the videos. And at double size, the videos look good but a little grainy but not real bad. You also get two quality options here, high and low, so dialup users aren't left in the cold.
So who is Lauren Sands? Well preview pictures will give you the best idea. But I found her to be a very attractive girl with a nice body. She is a little more amateur looking than a lot of the girls who have their own sites, which is cool. She is a cutie with a very nice though, and if you like her you will like her site a lot. The action here is really varied. As with lots of single model sites, lots of solo stuff. There are picture archives by the style of picture. This is in addition to the regular pictures. So you can get lots of different styles on this site.
At the time of review, there were 24 videos and countless numbers of pictures. This is a pretty good amount of content, and the site is continually updated. Lauren has her journal that she does every day, and theres also an option to email her. So you can get to do lots within the site. Unfortunately, there are no bonus sites. Luckily, that can be made up with the amount of content here.
Conclusion
A good single model site for Lauren Sands. A little bland, but still a solid site altogether!
